Library: Central University of Jharkhand library is a knowledge resource centre with an extensive collection of text and reference materials to satisfy the needs of teachers and students. It has a total area of 2,718 square feet divided across two levels in a separate building with completely air-conditioned rooms. The library provides various services, including a reading room facility with a seating capacity of up to 60 students at a time, a reference service, an internet facility, etc.

Health Centre: Central University of Jharkhand campus has a dispensary overseen by medical personnel, including a female medical officer and a consultant medical officer, and is supported by para-medical employees, comprising one pharmacist, one sister, and one dresser. Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm; the dispensary provides OPD services and first aid management. It has a pharmacy where medicines are provided free of charge. The dispensary has been organising numerous health camps for employees and adjacent villages for deworming, blood donation, routine medical check-ups, vaccination camps for covid 19, and dental camps.

Guest House: Central University of Jharkhand offers a well-designed and maintained guest house. Bedding, including bed sheet, pillow, sheet, pillow- cover, blanket, mattress etc., is offered in the guest house, and guests are asked to inspect these objects before entering the room. The visitors are responsible for properly using and maintaining the materials/fixtures provided in the rooms and the guest house. They will be charged for any loss or damage during their stay. The maximum permitted stay is eight days. Before entering the room, guests must fill out the register with the guest housekeeper. Foreigners are asked to provide information about their passports and visas. A written request for the reservation of a room is required.

Transport: CUJ Jharkhand facilities include a transport facility for students. There are currently eight buses operating on five different routes to transport students from Ranchi to the university.
