Central University of Jharkhand (CUJ) is a Central University. CUJ Jharkhand was established in Ranchi in 2009 under the Central University Act and is fully funded by the Central/Federal Government. The Central University of Jharkhand is looking into international collaborations actively and has signed an MOU with California State University, USA, to exchange students and faculty. CUJ has in total of 9 schools and 24 centres that provide quality education in different departments with most programs lasting two years. Central University of Jharkhand (CUJ) admissions are based on the CUET entrance exam scores. The University Grants Commission (UGC) in New Delhi has approved CUJ Jharkhand. 

CUJ Jharkhand is one of India's leading central universities, offering PG and Ph.D. programs.
