Library

• The library offers a wide collection, including databases, e-resources, books, periodicals, journals, etc.
• Bibliographic details of all resources of libraries and the other department libraries can be searched and viewed.
• The library services department has agreements with data providers to get the articles and research papers that are not available. 
• The CMC Vellore library offers various facilities, including lending, reprography, remote access and more.
• The wireless network is installed in Dodd Memorial Library Gault Library and is accessible throughout the campus of CMC Vellore.

Hostel

• CMC Vellore hostel provides accommodation facilities for boys and girls. It provides good nutrition and hygienic food to the students. The hostel provides all the necessary infrastructure facilities for the students. 
• Students run all aspects of their respective hostels, such as managing budgets for the mess organising events and various competitions, under a resident warden and a senior warden.

Medical Amenities: The CMC Vellore campus houses the main hospital, which provides students medical amenities as per their needs. It has over 7600 staff which includes over 1200 doctors and 2400 nurses. Over 6000 beds are available for outpatients in the main hospital and peripheral units. In addition, 2600 beds are available for in house patients.
