Placements & Internships : I am looking forward for the placement interview in the next semester. I have seen my seniors getting placed at Amazon, Dell, Infosys, and other tech giants with decent package. Our college provides us internship opportunities for second and third year students.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The college is pretty okay. I am currently pursuing my BE in AI and Data science third year. I appeared for the CET exams. They have a mock text that helped me clear the exams. I got a good score in my 12th standard so it was easy for me to get admission at CMR IT.
Fees & Scholarships : The fee levied at CMR IT is on the higher side. But there are scholarships for the people who need help. They provide scholarships based on academic excellence and sports merit. If you are okay with paying such high fees, then you can apply for an admission here.
Academics & Faculty : The faculty were well-read and they helped us with the academics. Although I found it difficult to cope up with the syllabus, it was for good. I learnt so many things at the college. I had to work really hard to be at the top of the competition. The experience help me tackle few hardships at work.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The campus has a huge college building with spacious classrooms, projectors, high tech computer labs according to th needs of each course., We have a separate data science lab and for Artificial intelligence. The sports amenities are also good. Other facilities include a good internet connectivity in the campus, hostel for boys and girls and a good canteen.
Clubs & Associations : The college organises lot of activities through the students club. We had events relating to cooking, machine learning, video editing workshop, and western dance workshop. I am a food enthusiast and i am a part of IRIS club for food. Their events and the level of involvement they allow the students to do is commendable.

The college has a dedicated placement cell that offers career guidance and training sessions to the students about their interview skills. The college also offers aptitude tests before interviews to help you choose better.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : To get into the college, you must score an aggregate of 50% marks in your 12th Boards and 45% if you belong to a reserved category. The next step is the entrance examination conducted by the CMRU to filter out the students. Once you clear it, you can get admission to the college.
Fees & Scholarships : The fees vary as per the courses you have enrolled in. It could be anywhere between INR 90k to 2.5 lac. Those who cannot afford the fees can opt for scholarships that the college offers. The college also offers sports scholarships to those proficient in sports.
Academics & Faculty : The teaching staff is good. Most of them are Ph.D. or are pursuing one. Study-wise, the college offers a positive environment. Both the teachers and the students have lively and interactive sessions rather than monotonous and boring lectures.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The campus has good smart classrooms and labs for every department. The library is separate too. Apart from that, there is also a gym, outdoor court, basketball court, and other sports equipment. The parking lot is big with a huge cafeteria and hostel.

Placements & Internships : Corporations like Capgemini, TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, Amazon, Infosys, and Deloitte pay placement visits on campus, and each year the placements are close to 100%. CMRIT has a robust Alumni Network, with many firms returning to recruit every year. Also, the packages offered to the students are very impressive. Kudos to the Placement Committee.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : To be eligible for admission to the CMRIT Undergraduate Engineering Courses, you must have passed the second PUC/12th/Equivalent Exam with English as one of the languages and have at least 45 percent in aggregate marks in Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology or Electronics and Computers. However, the cut-off is 40 percent for Karnataka reserved category candidates. Furthermore, the candidate must pass one of the following entry examinations: AIEEE/K-JEE/AIEEE /CET.
Fees & Scholarships : The cost of attending CMRIT is determined by the kind of entrance test taken throughout the application process. Those who show a need for financial assistance or belong to a quota may apply for scholarships at the university. Also, all-around performance is taken into consideration when awarding scholarships to deserving students.
Academics & Faculty : Each semester's class schedule is unique and is based on the courses you are taking. At the conclusion of each module, students are given homework to complete. The quality of teaching relies on the quality of professors. They're all excellent, in my opinion. If you have a small group of close friends and keep on top of your academics, the campus atmosphere may benefit. Also, three internal tests are conducted each semester, along with other assignments and quizzes.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Hostels for both boys and girls are available at the institution. Also, the college is located at a prime location which makes transportation easy. The campus cafeteria is filled with a wide selection of nutritious and healthy food alternatives. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus, and there are plenty of lounging places and a large parking lot. The library is vast with all course materials, and the classrooms have state-of-the-art architecture.
Clubs & Associations : In addition to the central Student Council, CMRIT has several smaller groups and student clubs that regularly organize discussions, events, and programs. In addition, sports activities are held regularly at the college. College life is full of adventure and always offers a wide variety of opportunities for students and faculty to never get bored.

Placements & Internships : The college offers internships for students with good companies. I am doing the internship with Shopper’s stop. Last year, the companies that came for campus placements are Zomato, Zolo stays, ICICI Bank, and HDFC bank to name a few. The placement cell trains students like us for the final interview.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : I joined MBA in Digital marketing & marketing at CMR University in the year 2020. Admission was a hassle-free easy process. I visited the campus by booking a campus tour from their website. I filled out the forms, submitted them, gave my interview and go selected. I cleared my CAT exam for admission.
Fees & Scholarships : The fee was nominal INR 2.25 lakhs. I got a scholarship with my sports merit as I am a national level basketball player. There are also other scholarships based on educational merit and the showcase of leadership qualities. The fee structure was explained before the admissions and the process was very transparent.
Academics & Faculty : The syllabus covers all the recent innovations and marketing techniques. They give a real-life example to make us understand better. The faculty team is also equipped to handle the syllabus. Regular discussions and webinars arranged are helping students like us.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The Bagalur campus has a well-designed campus with nice trees and pleasant greeneries. The college has a library, all lab facilities, a hostel for girls and boys, a canteen, wifi-enabled all over the campus, and 24/7 CCTV surveillance. The food that is provided in the canteen is healthy and tastes good.
Clubs & Associations : The college has students clubs, alumni associations, and other students development activities. The clubs are useful for students. Fees & Scholarships : The annual tuition fee for LL.B (Hons.) program is INR 1,11,000 per year. The CMR Scholarship committee does a good job of helping the deserving students with funds. The college scholarships are awarded based on sports, merit, single female children, entrance exams, single parent, physically challenged and distinction marks in examinations.
Academics & Faculty : Depending on the structure and timeline of your course, classes may begin at 9 a.m. and last as late as 4 p.m. Projects and assignments must be completed since they count against your overall CCE score. You just need to fill the admission form online and qualify for CET or COMED-K or JEE or AIEE along with the usual 40% marks aggregate in PUC or 12th. Their website has mock tests to make the process easier. I did my UG there and I can talk only based on UG degrees.
Fees & Scholarships : The college is reasonably priced. They provide scholarships for the deserving candidates. Even if you are not good in academics, the college provides scholarship based on your sports merit. My classmate was a volleyball player and he got seat in computer science and engineering with his sports merit.
