COEP BTech: Fees, Admission 2024, Placement, Courses

COEP B.Tech course offers nine specialisations across disciplines such as Mechanical and Civil Engineering. These courses are offered in different formats, and students can also opt for integrated courses with M.Tech, MBA, or doctorate courses.

Admission to these courses is based on the JEE Main/MHT CET scores. Upon the counselling, the seats are allocated to students at COEP. JEE Main Session 2 results were announced on April 28, 2023. MHT CET examination results will be declared on June 12, 2023.

COEP B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

COEP B.Tech's eligibility criteria are that students must pass their 10+2 examinations with 45% in aggregate from a recognised board with Physics and Mathematics as their compulsory subjects with other subjects like Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/CS/IT/Agriculture or Business Studies. COEP will also consider the JEE Main/MHT CET scores for admission.  

COEP B.Tech Admission

Admission to the COEP BTech course based on the merit scores of JEE Main/MHT CET examination. Students with scores fitting the eligibility criteria can apply for admission to COEP B.Tech. 

Application Procedure

Students seeking admission to COEP must apply through the official website. When the application portal opens, students can apply for their desired course. Based on the scores, the seat is allotted to students. The process to apply is given here:

• Visit the official website of COEP.
• Click on the “ Admission Tab.” 
• Select the desired course
• Fill in the registration form with the details required
• Pay the application fee through the “Pay Fee Payment” button
• Upload the required documents
• Submit the application form

Students who have appeared in JEE Main/MHT CET can apply for direct admission based on their scores. 

Entrance Exams

Admission to COEP B.Tech is made through JEE Main and MHT CET.

Documents Required

At the time of admission, students are required to present a few important documents. The list of these documents is given below. 

• Marksheet and Certificate of 10th and 12th.
• JEE Main/MHT CET mark sheet.
• Migration certificate in case of students coming from other boards from other states.
• Transfer certificate
• Nativity certificate
• Photo id proof such as Adhaar Card
• Passport sizes pictures
• Proof of income of parents
• Caste and Category certificates, if any

COEP B.Tech Fees

The COEP B.Tech fee has been updated for this new session, and the fees for the course start at INR 90,600, which includes the tuition, development and other fees. The fee details are for the MHT CET examination quota and remain the same for all specialisations.
