Placements & Internships : I'm still in ug first semester so... I don't have any experience about it. But... I've heard that there were seniors who got good packages and some seniors even top IIT examination
Entrance Exams & Admissions : For BSc, the eligibility criteria were 50% aggregate in 10+2 with Science and Mathematics. There were no entrance examinations for UG besides there are entrance examinations for pg. There are certain reservations for minorities, As a result, it becomes hard for general students whose percentage is less than 80. The college scenario is good... Good people good air... And if you happen to join sports... Life will be so much better in cotton
Fees & Scholarships : I'm a general student so I didn't get any scholarship from the college There is financial help for students who are unable to clear the admission fees You only need to pay admission fees i.e less than 8000 and no monthly fees.
Academics & Faculty : Class timings are from 9-4 pm. The method of teaching is quite traditional but. The teachers are highly experienced and qualified Teachers are ever ready to help But. They sometimes teach in Assamese which is not understandable because I'm from Nagaland.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are many hostels, both for girls and boys. Food in college is quite cheap and there are two canteens. There are many pg near the college.
Clubs & Associations : Cotton is full of activities I play basketball and I have been provided with good exposure There is also NSS which is very active. College life has been great so far because of the good people around me.

Placements & Internships : The salary figures are quite satisfying, around INR 10 lakhs per annum. The percentage of batch getting placed is around 60%.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The cutoffs of the course are pretty low for sc and st category. For general it is not the same.
Fees & Scholarships : My course fee was INR 2 lacs for 2 years. Not much scholarship options are available.
Academics & Faculty : The academy is quite good I had a great experience in the college and the method of teaching is also good.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The infrastructure is quite poor. The buildings are old. There are some discussions going on to renovate the college.

Placements & Internships : They provide good placement opportunities for all their students, some of the great personalities from Assam are the alumni students of cotton college like bhupen hazarika,etc
Entrance Exams & Admissions : To get admission in cotton college you have to score a good percentage, Cut offs are generally high and you have to score very good marks in the subject of interest in order to get admission in the b.sc course.
Fees & Scholarships : Fees are not so high as it is government college, and there are even scholarship s for poor but meritorious students every year many students get a scholarship through various schemes.
Academics & Faculty : Classes are held regularly, only it gets canceled if there comes any important program. Every faculty is mother and father like they teach you very nicely My experience is very good so far.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are many hostels separate for both girls and boys the condition of hostels are okay and the food is somewhat okay and the hotel fees are not much. PGs are also quite good as the students living there get a home like an experience. Classrooms are very good.
Clubs & Associations : There is union society in our college who looks into all the matters of college and also work for the development of our college, elections also go well every year we enjoy a lot many other programs are also held and students really enjoy very much. Placements & Internships : I have not done any internships yet. Manufacturing companies hire from our college with an Avg salary of INR 100000 per annum and Highest of INR 1500000 per annum. An alumni network is an association of graduates or more broadly of former students in the United Kingdom and United States.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : I got 84.2% in Higher Secondary School (science). In Phy, Chem and Maths I got 87%. Then I got admission in Cotton College. Candidates can take any maths exam. Cutoff is 87%.
Fees & Scholarships : INR 4500 is the total fee per year and 1150 Rs. need to be paid for an application form. Merit basis scholarships are available. 75% of the students avail scholarship. No need for loans..
Academics & Faculty : Classes start at 8 am. Excellent! teacher help us in every step. The Cotton university is the best university.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : 3 boys hostel and 3 girls hostels are available. But I stay in p.g. which cost INR 5000 per month. Wifi is available, the digital classroom facility at C.Sc department.
Clubs & Associations : Assam Student union is the student society. Cultural, sports teaching seminar will be conducted. College life is good.
