Dakshin Guwahati BEd College established on 20th August 1993, Dakshin Guwahati B.Ed College is situated in Fatashil Ambari, Guwahati. The institution was acknowledged for B.Ed Programme by National Council for Teacher Education [NCTE] and is affiliated to Gauhati University. The college started with the aim of promoting quality education, as well as, to foster proficient manpower for building a progressive nation.

In the year 2005, the NCTE granted sanction to this college with the intake capacity of 100 students. The institution relentlessly focusses to provide a great academic environment for the benefit of students so that they can acquire a technological edge with human dignity and values. The institute aims to generate quality manpower for building a prosperous and progressive nation.
