The college offers various courses at UG and PG levels. Direct admissions and admissions based on DSAT entrance exams are accepted by the college. DSAT is the common entrance exam that has to be cleared by the candidates seeking admission in Dayananda Sagar University. During the beginning of Academic Year 2015–16, Dayananda Sagar University would offer courses in Engineering, Computer Applications, Sciences, Arts and Management in the Bachelors, Masters, and Ph.D. levels. Supporting the academic activities are the Centers of Excellence in ICT, Health Care, Energy, and Life Science, among other fast-evolving fields of study.

DSAT is the main entrance examination held by the college and the candidates must appear for the examination and clear it to become eligible and get selected. DSAT examinations are conducted both, online and offline. The examination dates are mentioned in the table below

• The minimum eligibility criteria for courses at a different level are different
• Candidates applying for UG degree courses must have a 10+2 qualification from a recognized university to become eligible
• Whereas, candidates applying for PG degrees must have a relevant UG degree from a recognized university to become eligible

• The candidates can apply online for the examination
• To apply online, they are first required to visit the official online website of the college
• They must then register themselves by filling all the details that are asked
• After getting registered, click on “Fill Online Application Form”
• Fill the application form with all the relevant details that are asked and also Upload a  photograph and signature in jpg format
• After the application form is filled, submit it and pay the application fee through online method
