Hostel: Doon University Dehradun hostel provides accommodation facilities to students. They are encouraged to stay on campus to participate in group discussions and attend tutorials after regular classes. Girls and boys are housed in separate hostels. Modern facilities are given in the hostels with single rooms for each student. The hostel and cafeteria rules must be followed by the students residing in the Doon University hostel. Students are not allowed to have guns or music systems in their possession. They are also warned not to bring any valuables, such as jewellery, cameras, or large sums of money. 

Sports: Doon University also encourages students to participate in sports and games for which adequate facilities will be available. Extracurricular activities, such as literary, cultural, social, film, etc., are organised at the university level.

Banking Facilities: A banking facility with an ATM will be provided on the Doon University campus. 

Medical Aid: Students will soon have access to adequate medical health services.

Library: The library is separated into two sections: the reading and circulation rooms. There are textbooks, reference books, reports, yearbooks, manuals, and case studies available in the library. The Doon University library has subscribed to print and electronic-based journals to support the teaching and research processes. It has a total of 69 print journals/magazines and 126 e-journals. The library has achieved great progress in recent years. The library management software OPAC is also available via the university intranet to search the library's books. ICT is also employed in library services with automatic email and SMS distribution.
