Pandit Mahanand Dangwal Scholarship

The university offers 8-10 Scholarships of Rs 3000 per month for deserving students on a means cum merit basis. It is subject to performance appraisal on a year-to-year basis as per the approved guidelines. Scholarships are funded by an endowment provided by Shri Brijnandan Dangwal, Dehradun. The schemes are announced after the admission process is completed. 

Students Aid Fund 

Doon University offers a student aid fund to provide financial assistance and support to distinguished and disadvantaged students. It is based on poverty, satisfactory academic performance, and good conduct and behaviour. Students in the third, fifth, seventh, and ninth semesters are considered DUSAF. It is issued only for a year. Doon University scholarships will be allocated fairly among all of the university's schools. The scheme is announced after the admission process is completed. 

e Department of Social Welfare Scholarship

SC, ST, and OBC Students from Uttarakhand pursuing higher education can apply for the scholarship. Each scholarship and award will be administered in accordance with the terms and conditions. Students who meet the eligibility requirements may seek help from the university administration. 

Fee Waiver

Doon University provides a 50% fee waiver in tuition fees for Uttarakhand SC/ST candidates. 

Gold and Silver Medals for Excellence

Gold and Silver medals are awarded to students who achieve the top grades in Masters in Environmental Science and Masters in Economics.
