When compared to the last two years, then the performance in the academic year 2020-2021 was not up to the mark. 225 students were able to secure a job opportunity in 2021 and out of them around 81 students were placed at reputed organisations off-campus. The placement rate at Doon University, Dehradun has been decent enough to attract mass recruiting companies. However, since the fall in the number of students getting placed in 2021, the University is struggling to collaborate with new recruiting partners. Hence, the number of companies visiting the college has also dropped drastically. Yet the University has managed to provide better training to the students along with enabling them to get an internship during their initial semesters.
