Ghanshyamdas Saraf College of Arts & Commerce (GSCC) has been accredited by NAAC with an “A” Grade in March 2013 with a CGPA of 3.23 on a four-point scale. The college came into existence in 1983, under the governance of Rajasthani Sammelan Education Trust (RSET). It is one of the top colleges for B.com. It offers courses like B.Com, M.Com, BMS, Bloomberg programs, etc. 

GSCC is affiliated with the University of Mumbai, the college has been named in the memory of Late Seth Ghanshyamdas Saraf – father of Shri Mahavirprasad G. Saraf. It was started in 1997 by His Excellency Dr. P.C. Alexander, Hon’ble Governor of Maharashtra.

Courses offered by GSCC has different eligibility criteria. Students have to fulfill the criteria before taking admission to the college. The admission to the college is online. The table below has the details of eligibility criteria for various courses:

Candidates seeking admission to GSCC have to apply online on their website and fill the online admission form. Applying candidates must satisfy their eligibility criteria. The admission process is as follows:

• Student needs to fill the pre-enrollment form on University of Mumbai Website
• Select GSCC in the college option and follow the instructions from the page
• Save the pre-enrollment form and fill the admission form from the GSCC website
• The pre-enrollment number is required to fill the college form, along with upload the scanned copy of the documents required in the form.
• A student can apply for up to 2 courses after applying for one course.
• While applying for 2nd course, students need to select the 2nd course and enter the PIN received by SMS and
  submit the form. 
• On successful submission of the Online Application form, the application will be verified by the admission department of the college.
• All verified applications will be considered for selection in merit list and will be offered provisional admission on the basis of merit.
• The merit list will be displayed on the college website and on the notice board in college.
• On selection in the Merit-list, the student would be sent an SMS and Email for payment of fees. Fee is to be
  paid online, using Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit card.
• The admission will be provisional and subject to verification and submission of the original documents.
• On successful fee payment, a receipt will be sent on the registered email ID of the student.
• If a student fails to submit the original document or if the details provided in the application form does not
  match with the original document, the admission will be cancelled and the fees paid will not be refunded.
