KPB Hinduja College of Commerce, Mumbai was established by the late Shri Parmanand Deepchand Hinduja in the year 1974. The college is under the aegis of Smt. P D Hinduja trust, which was established in the year 1944. The college is run by the Hinduja Foundation which is a part of the Hinduja Group.

KBP Hinduja College of Commerce is accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council [NAAC] as 'A' Grade in the year 2010-11. The Hinduja college was again reaccredited in the year 2015-16 with grade 'A+' with the CGPA of 3.69. It is an ISO 9001:2008 certified college. KPB Hinduja College Admissions rules will be framed by the University of Mumbai from time to time. This college offers quality education in the field of Commerce, Mass Media, and Management.
