GS Ayurveda, situated in Peeplabandpur village, Ghaziabad, is a premier institution dedicated to Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of medicine. Approved by NCISM, it is ranked among the top medical colleges in Ghaziabad. Ayurveda emphasises harmonising the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—to promote holistic health.

In the counselling session, you'll receive details about the college, courses, fees, and facilities, with an opportunity to ask questions and clear doubts. Admissions will be finalized afterwards based on merit and seat availability.

Course Fee

The course fee is set by the Fee Regulatory Committee (FRC) of the Uttar Pradesh government and is applicable for the academic year. Cash payments over ₹1,99,999 per student in a single academic year are not permitted.

Eligibility criteria for the BAMS course include the following

• Completion of Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as core subjects.
• A minimum age of 17 years by the time of admission or December 31 of the same year.
• A Class 12 aggregate of at least 50% for general candidates and 40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
• Qualification in NEET with the required cutoff percentile in the same year.

Education Loan Assistance

Loan Procedure

To apply for a loan, students must obtain an offer letter from GS Ayurveda. The responsibility for loan approval, repayment, and any related liabilities lies with the student and their guardians. GS Ayurveda is not liable for any issues arising from the loan.

Herbal Garden

The college features a herbal garden with 261 species, including rare varieties, and over 2029 medicinal plants, allowing students to explore and study plant characteristics. Some plants are also used in preparing herbal medicines.

Library

The library, spacious and well-equipped, houses 11,233 books, including the latest journals. It offers book lending, open access, a book bank, e-resources, audio-visual materials, internet access, Xerox services, and extended hours during exams.

Pharmacy

The in-house pharmacy produces over 250 medicines, including treatments for rare diseases. Advanced machinery and an analytical lab ensure product quality, with supplies sent to hospitals as required.

Hostel

The college offers separate, well-maintained hostels for male and female students, featuring 24-hour security, power, and water, along with amenities like cots, study tables, common areas, a gym, and indoor games. Catering services maintain strict hygiene standards.
