GSVM Medical College has a sprawling campus with hospital and college sections accommodated in huge buildings. The main college building looks like a huge palace and is the biggest amongst all medical colleges in UP. The main hospital (LLR Hospital), along with its sister units, e.g., Chest Hospital, Infectious Disease Hospital, Children Hospital, Maternity Hospital, Cancer Institute, and Cardiology Institute, constitute the biggest patient care centre in Asia.

GSVM Medical College has all the basic facilities to offer to the students, some of which are mentioned below:
Central Library: The library has an extensive and new collection of textbooks and reference books. It also subscribes to a large number of National and International journals.
Reading Room: GSVM has a fully air-conditioned reading room for reading. Timings of the reading room is from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on every working day.
Auditorium: It is equipped with extraordinary centralized air cooling, audio-visual, multimedia and canteen facilities.
Guest House- The college has a guest house for guests and examiners. It is attached to the Principal bungalow. A green lawn increases its beauty. It is equipped with facilities like a refrigerator, air-conditioner, inverter, crockery, etc.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Quality was excellent hostels as well. And the food was not so good but average Wifi is unavailable.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The procedure for admission was an entrance test via upstate medical faculty Lucknow. You should have 10+2 passed.
