The second phase of IIT Kharagpur 2024 placements has ended, with a few students receiving annual packages over INR 1.0 CPA. Top recruiters included McKinsey, EXL Services, Apple, Google, DE Shaw, Airbus, and more. With 700 job offers with CTCs ranging from INR 0.5 to 2.64 crore, including over 19 international offers, with 6 foreign students also securing jobs through campus placements. The IIT Kharagpur highest package recorded for 2024, so far, is INR 86.5 LPA offered for Computer Science and Engineering.

• IITKGP observed the highest and average package for MHRM students at INR 23 LPA and INR 15.45 LPA, respectively.
• IITKGP placement season received more than 760 offers, including PPOs, on Day 1 of the placement drive.
