Library: The Indira Gandhi National Open University is divided into three levels. The library and documentation division is hierarchical, with the central library at the top, followed by libraries at regional centres (RCL) and study centres (SCL). The RCLs investigate the library needs of staff, students, academic counsellors, and academic coordinators to meet the needs of the students. A small IGNOU library invariably accompanies every RC and SC. It uses Koha, an integrated library management software package that includes all the modules required for library housekeeping operations.

Cafeteria: IGNOU offers canteen facilities which serve delicious and healthy meals to the students and staff. 

Auditorium: IGNOU Delhi facilities include a well-equipped auditorium used to conduct activities. 

IT Infrastructure: IGNOU campus has a well-equipped IT Infrastructure which includes a computer lab with proper internet connectivity. 

Guest Room: The university facilitates students with well-equipped guest rooms which provide services to the students and faculties.
