• Students can also avail themselves of other Indira Gandhi National Open University scholarships provided by the Government of India.
• A 50% fee concession will be offered to the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan [KVS] employees.
• As per the rules of the IGNOU Delhi university, the learners belonging to any of the reserved categories, jail inmates, physically handicapped, transgenders, etc., are offered fee exemptions.
• The National Centre for Promotion of Employment of Disabled People [NCPEDP] scholarship scheme applies to IGNOU postgraduate students.

Fee Exemption for SC, ST students under the SCSP and TSP Schemes

The fee exemption is valid for the academic programs mentioned below.

• All the programs under the certificate and diploma level [undergraduate, postgraduate, advanced].
• Candidates enrolled in the Bachelor Preparatory Program [BPP].
• Candidates who have freshly registered in BDP [BA, B.Sc, B.Com], BSW, Nursing, BTS, B.Ed, and B.LiS.
• Re-registered students of the freshly/ second semester of BCA.
• Re-registered students of BDP, BSW, Nursing, BTS, B.Ed, and B.LiS.
• Freshly registered and Re-registered students of research programs [M.Phil or PhD].
