The campus recruitment program conducted by the IAMR is a very vital activity for the students aspiring for appropriate placement in various organizations. Close interaction between the placement cell and various company executives has created an excellent placement record. The objective of the placement cell is to provide a job for each student. The placement team at IAMR is comprised of students, faculty and a placement officer who draws out a plan of action for training and the schedule of interviews in consultation with the corporates/industries.

The placement team remains actively involved in interacting with the corporate leaders, inviting them for guest lectures, and internships in the industry during summer break and the final placement. The Placement Cell at the Institute takes care of in-plant training and apprentice training of the students along with placement activities. The cell is headed by a well-experienced Placement and Training Officer to assist the students in career guidance and placement and to liaison with Business Institutions and Industries.
The Placement Process at IAMR aims to match the requirements of the corporate world with the aspirations of the students, thereby facilitating the achievement of synergy between the two. Students, along with faculty members visit industries and distribute placement brochures in print and electronic forms and invite them to visit the campus for pre-placement presentations.
In the course curriculum of IAMR Ghaziabad, internships are one of the most valuable programs. It provides the students with the opportunity to experience the working of the corporate world in real life. These summer internships are compulsory for the students to attend for a span of 8 weeks.
