Placements & Internships : There is named a thing that is industrial training in second year, where one gets to taste the real life of hotel industry. There will be various requiters visiting college for the placements of the students of the college. Hotels like, oberoi, taj, retails like McDonald's, Domino's, lalit, Hyatt, etc will be coming for placements. The average starting salary one may get is INR15,000/- to INR 25,000/-

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The criteria for applying in this course is that one should be 12th passed. And If one is giving exams through NIOS, then he will have to submit his 13th board marksheet by 30th of September. To get into this course, one has to clear the JEE examination i.e. NCHMCT-JEE. This exam is basically held in the last week of April. Depending on the AIR, and caste category ('of course'), you will be allotted a center. There will be three rounds of selection. If the city you selected is not been accepted for, then you may apply for the third round, that is the spot round. While applying for the spot round, you will lose the previous seat you've reserved in your name in the previous allotted college.

Fees & Scholarships : Excluding hostel charges, it costs around INR 1lakh per anum. Loans are available from Indian overseas bank, ICICI bank, state bank of India, HDFC, etc.

Academics & Faculty : Hectic schedule. That's it. Lot of hard work is to be done, once you become a Hotelier.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are basically two hostels, girls hostel and boys hostel. Both divided in three building, for first years, second years, and the final years.

Clubs & Associations : Its a tiler coaster ride. Life at IHM is at its peak. Cultural activities are held.
