MERIT QUOTA:- If you want to take the admission through merit quota, it is important to write the KEAM[Kerala Engineering And Medical Entrance Exam]. Because the admission to merit quota is purely based on the rank of KEAM entrance exam and also you will need to achieve a good rank in KEAM Entrance Exam. MANAGEMENT QUOTA:- Management of Jyothi engineering College has provided some seats for management quota.If you want to take admission through management quota, only thing is that you need to write the entrance exam KEAM and should have achieved an aggregate of  60% marks in physics, chemistry, and mathematics in higher secondary examination. Then go to Jyothi Engineering College and management will give you one prospectus and fill the management quota admission form and submit it. Then Management will enlist the students who applied for management quota according to their marks. Then management quota admission date will be announced in the Jyothi engineering college site. Go to the college to take the admission on the day which in mentioned on the site. The entrance examination is KEAM.  He/She should have passed KEAM entrance and an aggregate of 60% in physics, chemistry, and mathematics in higher secondary examination should be achieved.

Placements & Internships :  Students who have scored good marks in a higher secondary examination or KEAM or having the lower annual income to their guardians or lower caste students will get the scholarship.Only thing is that these scholarships are only meant for merit quota students and also lower caste christians. There are several keys companies like Infosys, TATA, Sutherland Telecom, etc and also some abroad companies are also coming in the previous year for civil engineering students.
