K.S. Group of Institutions was founded in 1999 in the vibrant city of Bangalore, Karnataka. It is a Private Un-Aided institution. The institute is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU).
K.S. Group of Institutions offers 5 courses, namely, BTech, Bachelor of Engineering, MBA, MTech, B.Arch which aim at the holistic development of the students. Students can gain expertise in their chosen fields with a faculty of experienced and knowledgeable educators.

The institute campus is spread over an area of 5.075 acres. The hostel facilities are provided for both boys and girls on a single and twin-sharing basis.
