The Training and Placement (T&P) Cell of Koshys Institute at Management Studies is an end-to-end facilitator for the students to find the right job opportunity and map placements best suited for them. This is done through expert communication and aptitude training. The students are also trained by organizing various certification programs, grooming classes and academic orientations. Training will be given to each student from the grass-root level, helping them to shed their inhibitions and stage fear and make effective presentations on various topics. Mock interviews and workshops will be conducted by the Training and Placement Department, which enhances the confidence level of the students to communicate effectively.
