Eligibility Criteria for MSc:

For M.Sc. (Statistics/ Physics/ Chemistry):

The students who are applying for M.Sc. Statistics/ Physics/ Chemistry should have opted for a paper in Mathematics at the UG level, with the basic requirement for admission to Madras Christian College, Chennai.

For M.Sc. (Zoology/ Plant Biology & Plant Biotechnology):

The students who are applying for M.Sc. Zoology/ Plant Biology & Plant Biotechnology should have opted for a paper in Chemistry at the UG level, besides the basic requirements.

For M.Sc. Applied Microbiology:

The students who are applying for M.Sc. Applied Microbiology should have a graduation degree with a specialization in Microbiology/ Botany/ Zoology/ Bio-Chemistry/ Nutrition and Dietetics/ Chemistry for admission to Madras Christian College, Chennai.

Admission Procedure:

The Applicants selected for admission will be notified through the Mobile number and the E-mail ID given in their application form.
The list of the selected students for all the courses will also be displayed on the College Notice Board and on the Madras Christian College, Chennai Website.
Admission card will be sent to the registered E-mail ID.
Admission date for the selected candidates will be sent through E-mail, SMS and it will be displayed on the College notice board and on the College website.
The students who get the Admission card can pay the fees.
For Hostel accommodation, the student should submit a separate application to the Dean of Students Affairs (DSA) for (Hostel) accommodation after being admitted in the course by paying the prescribed fees.
