Academics & Faculty : The daily routine is pretty good.Quality and method of teaching is average. Overall experience is average
Entrance Exams & Admissions : To get an admission in Malabar College of engineering and Technology either you have to get a decent rank in KEAM entrance exam that is conducted at all Kerala level then you have to only pay the government fees or you can pay the management fee and join there. I personally appeared for KEAM but i was not able to get a good rank so i just paid the management fee.
Placements & Internships : The year 2018 was great for the college since a lot of firms took place in the placement drive and a lot of students got placed also. I got placed in a firm called Tools direct.
Fees & Scholarships : Fee per annum is dependent upon the way you took admission. Management quota or government or NRI quota. Fee for management is 65,000 per annum and transportation fee is seperate. There is a scholarship available for backward castes. Or else loans can be provided by banks such as SBI.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : 1 hostel for boys and 1 for girls.Hostel fee is kind of reasonable. Quality of food not good. Classrooms and other rooms are average.
Clubs & Associations : Societies include NSS unit. Students do welfare at different places. Life in college is average.
