Fees & Scholarships : The course fee is above Rs. 1 lakh p.a. The only scholarship options are via the up scholarship offered by the government that too is not achieved by every student who fills the form only few of them receives the scholarship. and other scholarships which are offered to the students for the first year who take direct admission and have scored above 90% in their 12th standard. Fee waver seats are also offered through uptu counselled students. 45% of the total number of students get scholarships. Loans are required by a few students. I have not opted for loan but few of my friends have opted. The loans are not easy to avail.  

Academics & Faculty : The classes start in the morning at 9:00 am and are till 5:00 pm. The schedule is hectic. There are monthly tests conducted for the student's preparation. The tutorials are given to the student to complete but it becomes difficult when the exms are on head still the teachers are asking for the tutorials. The quality and method of teaching is varied from teacher to teacher and also on the student of whom he can understand better. The overall experience is good. As every coin has two faces. Similarly there are pros as well as some cons in the experience.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are three hostels available. One for girls inside the campus. The new hostel for boys has also been constructed inside the college campus and the other boys hostel is outside the college campus. The boys hostel which is outside the college campus is not in such a good condition. Girls hostel is ok and since the boys hostel that is inside the college campus is new the infrastructure is good. The hostel fee per month is approx. Rs.5600. The PGs available are good and far more cheap. The food provided in the mess is sometimes good but most of the time it is not.  Few classes are properly maintained while the others are just like that. The labs are provided with a good facility but few labs do not have much equipments. The wifi facility provided in college is not good enough since the range is limited only to particular areas only.

Clubs & Associations : Each department and each branch in B.Tech has their own soceities.  The main festivals are Utkarsh ie a cultural fest and midsa a sport event. The college life is good but it seems to be in school not a college.
