First-Year Students

All eligible students can apply regardless of entrance exam rank or marks.

Continuing Students

Minimum 6.00 SGPA in the last two consecutive semesters.

No carry-forward in any subject unless exceptions are approved under medical/extenuating conditions.

Clearance of Dues

Students must clear all previous dues.

Necessary for consideration of financial assistance.

Academic Performance

No failures in any semester.

Exceptions may apply for mitigating circumstances.

Leave of Absence

Students on LOA are eligible.

Disciplinary Record

No major or minor disciplinary violations.

Violations disqualify a student from future subsidy.

Reserved Category Students

Must apply for National/State Level Scholarships.

Proof of application required.

Other Financial Aid Recipients

Ineligible if receiving aid from other sources (central/state government, PSU, private, etc.).

SARTHAK scholarship must be returned if external aid is received.

Misuse of Scholarship

Non-compliance leads to recovery of the scholarship amount with interest and potential suspension.

Disciplinary action will follow in cases of non-compliance.
