Library

• Extensive Collection: NITTE Meenakshi Insitute of Technology facilities offers a wast collection of books, in disciplines such as engineering, management, and a wide array of genres, including fiction, classics, and collections for personality development.
• Departmental Libraries: The specialised departmental libraries are crucial in supporting academic activities, and providing valuable resources for teaching, learning, and research across various disciplines.
• Koha Library System: In addition to standard modules like Circulation, Cataloguing, Serials Control, Acquisition, Patron, and OPAC, Koha offers distinctive functionalities such as Mail & SMS notifications for each transaction, and notifications for overdue accounts and the ability to capture cover images from Google for titles with ISBNs.
• Collections & Facilities: NITTE Meenakshi Insitute of Technology library offers many resources and services. 
• With a collection of 59,400 volumes and 13,500 titles, the library is equipped with the Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) system, specifically the 22nd edition, ensuring an organized and accessible repository. Hostels

• NITTE Meenakshi Insitute of Technology infrastructure provides on-campus hostels for about 1000 boys and 500 girls. 

• There are four hostels for boys and two for girls. 

• Twin and triple-sharing rooms are available.
