Sri Durga Malleswara Educational Society, established in 2007, is dedicated to achieving excellence in education. As part of this vision, the society founded NRI College of Pharmacy in 2007 and NRI Institute of Technology (NRIIT) in 2008. These institutions are the result of the founders' commitment to providing quality education and fostering regional development. NRI Institute of Technology is an AICTE-approved, self-financing institution affiliated with JNTU Kakinada. It was established to cater to the aspirations of students in and around Vijayawada. The institute aims to empower students with advanced technical skills, innovative thinking, and the maturity needed to face global challenges. The founders of the society are socially responsible, focusing on uplifting the region by establishing schools, promoting sports, organizing free medical camps, and supporting underprivileged communities. Since its inception, NRIIT has steadily grown and earned a reputation for academic excellence. Both NRIIT and NRI College of Pharmacy consistently perform well in JNTUK results, with NRI College of Pharmacy successfully placing its first graduating batch in renowned organizations. NRIIT is an autonomous institution with NAAC A-Grade accreditation, JNTUK permanent affiliation, and ISO certification, recognized for its discipline, quality education, and strong focus on results.
