Training is an integral part of engineering education and a right placement is required to kickstart a great career. The Training and Placement Cell at Rajdhani Campus employs student-centric approach which analysing the career aspirations of the students and identifying their training needs. Understanding that each student has a unique career dream, T&P Cell plans a customized training needs and career chart with ample options so that a student gets full opportunity to chase his dreams.

he Training & Placement Cell assists the students in securing suitable jobs. For this purpose the Institute has placement tie-ups with the leading companies all over India for campus placement in various disciplines. The T&P Cell constantly interacts with the corporate world and helps to prepare students for their careers, maintains and performs liaison work between possible employers and the Institute's students. Placement cell makes all students aware of all off campus and 'walk in vacancies' and options available to them for further studies. The Cell organizes seminars, group discussions, personal interview rounds, communication skills and body language classes for grooming of students in order to help them to get through the recruitment process. Student Counseling is another responsibility looked after by Placement Cell. Besides, the industry specific Career Advisory Board gives guidance on creating a clear career plan, a list of appropriate employers, setting realistic career goals and a planned timetable on professional development for future.
