Aspirants who have appeared for the Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya Term End Examination can now check the result on the official website. The results are declared in online mode. The passing percentage required for theory and practical papers for the RGPV is 35%. The Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya provides an option of requesting a duplicate grade card to the students if they have lost or misplaced their old one. Candidates must fill out an application form to receive a duplicate RGPV grade card/mark sheet. A fee of INR 100 is to be paid along with the form of a Demand Draft (DD) prepared in the name of RGPV. The candidates need to fill in their details as required alongside their class X and XII mark sheets for the demand draft.
Students dissatisfied with their term-end examination RGPV result can apply for revaluation. It will be a one-time opportunity for candidates. Students must also fill out an application form through the university's official webpage. The completed revaluation form and the fee must be submitted to the appropriate college office.

The Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV) also provides the facility of improvement examination in case a candidate is dissatisfied with their performance in the exam. Students may only take the RGPV improvement test for theoretical examinations; they cannot take it for practical, assignment, or laboratory marks. A fee is paid, which is non-refundable except in a failed payment transaction or a double payment transaction.
