Placements & Internships : I dont know anything about these because they dont inform us correctly about the internships or stipends.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The cutoff percentage for joining this course is 75%. The students must have chosen the science stream for joining this degree. I didnt take any entrance exam.

Fees & Scholarships : The course fee per year is almost 38000 rupees. There are a number of scholarships available for the students. There is a scholarship for students who have low income. Loans are not necessary.

Academics & Faculty : The class starts at 9:30 a.m and ends at 3:30 p.m. The projects are done as a team and the teachers are very supportive and helpful. The teaching is done by professors who have great knowledge. They make us learn in every way they can. Overall the college is a fun place to learn.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are two hostels- girls' hostel and boys' hostel. The hostel fee per month is 4500 rupees including food. The food in college is average. But the hostel food needs to be more hygienic. The campus has a 5G data speed, wifi connection available for students and staff. The infrastructure is average but it is cleaned daily.

Clubs & Associations : The campus does not conduct much programs. There are sports conducted in our college and students are selected for higher levels. There are also a variety of clubs but none of them are that active. The life in college in general is not that fun and sometimes boring.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : A minimum of 50% is required to grant admission to the institute, but the maximum intake is 30. I had a score of 70% and was the final Candidate in 2014 to register under the Centralised Admission Procedure (CAP) of the University of Calicut. You also have an option to apply under management quota.

Fees & Scholarships : In 2014, SAFI Institute of Advanced Study, Malappuram Fee Structure. The fee for my course is Rs 30,000 per year. However, as per the university regulation, the fee has been raised to 60,000. There are multiple scholarships Options that you can apply with the course. More than 60% of the students in my batch received a scholarship in 2014.

Academics & Faculty : Regular classes start from 9:30 Am. The faculty includes well-qualified teachers. However, when it comes to choosing the specialisation, I had to go with the majority due to limited faculty.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The hostel is in close proximity to the Institute. They provide separate hostel facility for women and men. The locality also offers many options that are really cheap. The food is prepared at the Canteen and served fresh and the average cost per meal is not more than Rs. 50. Classrooms are well furnished, ventilated and use white Boards. They have a dedicated Standalone Library as well. Overall Infrastructure is impressive.

Clubs & Associations : SIAS is a good place for learning. The surrounding hills, the green and clean environment, good infrastructure all together gives us a good vibe to keep up with. There are unions, social welfare and other management and science fests that are held on a regular basis.

Placements & Internships : We haven’t had internships or placements at our college since it's a science bachelor’s degree. Job opportunities come only after securing a masters degree. And for a typical microbiologist, one can expect ₹15,000 as a starting salary.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility criteria were to pass 12th examination or equivalent, in science stream and must have about 80% marks. Entrance examination wasn’t required, 12th standard marks were required for merit-based admissions.

Fees & Scholarships : Course fee per semester is ₹19,500. That's sums to ₹39,000 per year. The Government scholarships for degree students would be available. And a maximum of 3 or 4 kids gets this scholarship yearly.

Academics & Faculty : The daily routine isn’t hectic. Class starts from 9:30 to 3:30. As we follow semester system, we have one seminar, one assignment and two internal examinations each for every subject per semester along with the final semester examination. The method of teaching is great. The teachers focus on giving us the essence of each subject. We have a well organized and large library. On a whole, the campus experience is great.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There is a girls hostel as well as a boys hostel. The hostel fee along with the mess fee is ₹5000 per month. There are Paying guest facilities outside the campus too and would cost less than that of the hostel fee. The food is homely and tasty. Non-vegetarian, as well as vegetarian food, is available. Per meal, it costs around ₹25. We have a neat and clean campus, with an admirable infrastructure. We have projector supported digital classrooms and a well organized and large library with a huge collection of books. We also have a great digital library, one of the very few in the district. The campus also has centralized wifi system.

Clubs & Associations : The campus conducts a college union election each academic year and a Students Union is formed from the elected 9 representatives. The union conducts several programmes such as the arts day, sports day, several festive celebrations etcetera. The college does not only focus on the academic but also largely encourages students in participating in co-curricular activities.
