Admission Procedure:

• The applicants of B.Sc, B.V.Sc.A.H and B.Tech programmes will be shortlisted as per the merit list prepared considering 60% weight age of marks to the Theory Papers (PCB /  PCM) and 40% marks obtained in the GUJCET (Gujarat Common Entrance Test) or the candidates can appear in JEE (Joint Engineering Entrance) respectively for the courses concerned. JEE is common engineering entrance examination conducted for admission to various engineering colleges and courses all over the country.
• Applications received for postgraduate Programmes (Master and PhD) shall be scrutinised by the university. List of eligible candidate for entrance test will be displayed on the website. The eligible applicant must have to appear in the entrance test. The basis of selection of a candidate for the admission shall be the merit.
• The merit list shall be prepared by giving 50% weight age to the marks of OGPA (percentage marks) of the last degree and common entrance test examination.

Cutoffs at Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University:

The cutoff for various courses at Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University are not predetermined. It is determined after considering a number of factors. The criteria to determine the cutoffs are:

• The number of applications received for a particular course.
• The number of seats available.
• The difficulty of the entrance test.
• The performance of the candidates in the entrance test.
• The cut off may also be sectional.

Hostel Facilities at Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University:

• Being a residential University, good hostel facilities are provided to all the undergraduate and post-graduate students at the University campus.
• In the hostel/campus, student mess, canteen for breakfast, co-operative store and other essential facilities are available.
• In some of the hostels, a self-managed mess is run and managed by the students while some are managed by contract system under the supervision of Warden / Asst. Warden.
• The library room is also available in the hotels with facilities for newspapers in English and Gujarati, popular magazines, magazines for competitive examinations etc. for the benefit of students.
• The hostels are well equipped with Solar Water heating system, Water Cooler, Telephone, television etc.
• The other facilities for meeting day to day requirements of students like Laundry, Tailor, Cycle store, Provisional store, Bus facility for Transportation, Telephone, Photocopy facility, Post Office, Bank etc. are also available at this University campus.
• The Warden and Asst. Warden appointed in each College for maintenance of students' facilities like water and electricity supply, television, sanitation and hostel library and solving the residential problems of the students.
