The college already having a good exposure and connection with the present industrial field including marine industry. The placement activities of this college has already been planned so that successful students coming out with B.Tech. degree will immediately absorb in suitable industry with maximum job satisfaction. The necessary seminars and workshops to give better exposure to the students are also in the pipeline.

SEACOM takes great pride in the students it produces - they are knowledgeable, they are skilled, they are confident and they know just where they are going. Helping them get there is the pleasant duty of Placement Division of the SEACOM. With the clear-cut objective of placing all meritorious students before completing their course, the full-fledge Placement Division goes about its work with missionary zeal. It undertakes multi-pronged strategies and focused activities such as presentations, industrial visits, printing and circulation of Placement Bulletins with student profiles, encouraging both campus and off-campus Recruitment Programmes, etc.

A senior faculty member serves as Placement Coordinator and is ably assisted by Placement Officers

Personality development programs are conducted to enhance the soft skills of students. The department of English is lending a helping hand for this program.
