Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College (SREC), founded in 1994 by Dr. R. Venkatesalu, is an autonomous institution located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. It is affiliated with Anna University and approved by AICTE, with accreditation from the NBA for most of its courses. The college offers 12 undergraduate and 7 postgraduate engineering programs, along with an MBA. SREC is known for its high-quality infrastructure, educational standards, and excellent placement records. It attained autonomous status in 2007-08 and is managed by the SNR Sons and Daughter Charitable Trust. The college spans 45 acres and has been re-accredited by NAAC with an 'A+' grade.
