Placements & Internships : At that time the college was not able to drag companies for the internship but yes they offered a pool campus at their main campus in Chennai. Companies were not approaching directly to NCR campus for placements so they conducted a month placement visit to the main campus for all the students, which they didn't disclose at the time of admission. At main campus its the ocean of students participating in placement drive (4 campuses of SRM, all participated at that time). So it wasn't getting a feel of campus drive but like participating in a job fair.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Well, I appeared in JEE Main as well as IPU CET and obviously, my preference was to study in Delhi only. I scored avg rank in IPUCET and hence couldn't get through the top 3 colleges of it. Apart from those colleges, I didn't find any college worth studying so I chose to get any good college in NCR where I can do up-down on daily basis. SRM NCR campus I found better in any terms as compared to other colleges in NCR at that time, being brand value, infra, placements etc. So I approached directly to the college and based upon my AIEEE exam and past academic results they offered me IT and not CSE, although my first preference was CSE only I agreed to go with IT.

Fees & Scholarships : In terms of ROI I won't suggest opting for this college, the location of the college is very far from Delhi and it approx takes 1.5 hr or 2 to get through the campus. It states Ghaziabad but the college is in Modi Nagar. I didn't find anyone getting a scholarship there but lots of students going for a loan.

Academics & Faculty : Quality of faculty is average, may be due to its location so mostly faculty coming from nearby only. Class timings were from 9.30-4.30 Quality and methodology of teaching is nothing advanced and I would rate average again. When discussed with the students of SRM main campus then came to know that there was hell difference in overall academics in both the campuses.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : College infra was good as compared to other colleges in that location. Classrooms were fully ac and projector fitted. Computer labs had some MAC installed but not accessible to everyone. The college has a hostel facility inside the campus for both boys and girls. College was fully wifi covered.  

Clubs & Associations : College did have some society formed by students and teachers. Also, they had external organizational tie-ups too. College conducted a decent level of fests (cultural as well as technical). Overall I would suggest if you are residing nearby or you coming from other states to get it residential with college hostel then it's ok but giving 3-4 hrs dent on your daily schedule by travelling doesn't make sense for it.
