St.Teresa's College Highlights

The college is named after St. Teresa of Avila. Though a saint of the 16th Century, St. Teresa has been a model for youth for many ages. Her teachings form the basis of Catholic Spirituality. St. Teresa’s College is the result of a vision, the seeds of which were planted by Mother Teresa of St. Rose of Lima, when she started St. Teresa’s School in 1887.  She was a great educationalist and a humane social worker. St.Teresa's College Ernakulam was huddle Autonomous status on 13th June 2014. The college has the distinction of being accredited thrice by NAAC with A grade. It is on its 4th cycle and has got an extension of 2 years till April 2019. St. Teresa’s College has forged partnerships with outstanding International Academic institutions to enhance student development, faculty growth and academic research. STC has signed an MoU with Sophia University, Newman University, The American International University, UK, Richmond, London, Tokyo, Japan and Indo Swedish Academic Exchange Forum (ISAEF).

On 23^rd February 2018, five companies Feathersoft, Fingent, Spiderworks, Stepson web consultancy and Orell conducted the drive in the St' Teresa's College campus. From 89 students who attended the drive, 39 candidates got shortlisted for the second face to face round of interview.

During this academic year, out of 562 students who have registered with the placement cell, 124 students have been selected for jobs as well as for the next levels of interviews according to St. Teresa's College.

STC Admissions are available to students in both offline and online mode. In online mode students, firstly needs to register with all their basic details and then the application is proceded according to the course students are applying.

St.Teresa College Hostel

On-campus residence facilities are provided in the College. There are three hostels: one in the main block and the other two in the Science Block. Students are accommodated in these hostels. The atmosphere in these residence halls provides a feeling of “home away from home”. The application to these hostels should be given on the day of the admission itself.
