Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility is a 10+2 examination with at least 50% of marks, conducted by a recognized board or its equivalent examination. In addition, the applicant must have studied Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Commerce, Business, or Economics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level. I gave CUCET exam. And above 755 is the basic cutoff.

Fees & Scholarships : University Business School, [UBS] Chandigarh Fee Structure. The course fee is about INR 32,500 per semester. Yes, different scholarship options are available for students. First of all, for B.Sc Economics we don't need a loan, but if you want, then University also provides you with this option.

Academics & Faculty : The daily routine for students at Chandigarh University starts at 9:30 am, and no student is allowed to move around the class. The faculty is supportive. You even have mentors for various projects. The facility is always ready to help students, and they focus more on practical based learning. Experts and reviews design the course curriculum at different levels for approval. The curriculum provides industry-specific knowledge to the students, and that would be helpful for on-campus placement and internship. Most importantly, industrial visits are organized every semester for classes separately.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Chandigarh University provides the best hostel facility for students. The food served is very hygienic and prepared by expert cooks. A huge sports complex is also there on the premises. Food zone is one of the most attractive features of CU in which food is served by big chains like Dominos, Subway, CCD, and many more. The infrastructure of our College (USB, Chandigarh University) is super amazing. The facilities and infrastructure of the institute complement its academic ecosystem. The institute’s classrooms, laboratories, library, and seminar hall serve, support, and enhance the teaching-learning process.

Clubs & Associations : The campus life is fun and the best. The university is known for its diverse population of students and teachers from India and outside. Many cultural festivals and events are also celebrated, such as CU Fest, Sports competitions, and Cultural fests. In addition, there are many social groups and clubs for students other than academics. The campus is located in a very nice environment having clean surroundings. Proper security measures are taken outside the campus. Campus life is the best part of students' life at CU.

Placements & Internships : Chandigarh University offers the best internship programs because it has a worldwide network and under CU you can even choose your career in MNCs. More than 650 companies visit here for hiring the students and give good packages. The averag

Placements & Internships : Chandigarh University offers the best internship programs because it has a worldwide network and under CU you can even choose your career in MNCs. More than 650 companies visit here for hiring the students and give good packages. The average package will be 14 LPA. It's an average but the highest package was around 35 LPA. So, overall CU is best in terms of internships and placements.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for B.Sc Economics is that we should have opted for both maths and economics in our senior secondary education. Normally, to take admission to CU there is an exam mainly known as CUCET but I didn't give that exam. I have just filled the form online with required documents and after some days I got the call from CU confirming my eligibility for this course. There are no cutoffs but you should have a good score and even an opportunity that if you are having more 80% then you can get some sort of relaxation on the academic fees (commonly known as scholarships).

Fees & Scholarships : University Business School, [UBS] Chandigarh Fee Structure. The fee for my course is Rs 60,000 per year. CU offers many scholarships just like above 80% you will get 10% relaxation in your Academic fee. after that above 90%, you will get 20% of fee relaxation. On average, out of 10 students, 1 or 2 is having the scholarship. The fee of my course is not that much that we need a loan for this. But for some of the families, CU has also given this facility to them who can't pay the fees there is also a procedure for a loan under Chandigarh University.

Academics & Faculty : As hostellers, we are having such a simple routine. Classes start at 9:30 a.m. and before that, we have to be in our department. Then the classes begin and end according to the time table. Even after a proper period of time we use to have our exams, we have to submit the assignments, we have to give the presentations. etc. CU focuses on practical Knowledge than the theoretical one. The quality and method of teaching are very superior as they did not use to teach us from books. They used to teach us from presentations which will clear all the doubts. And moreover, the faculty is too cooperative. In CU my overall experience is too good which should be. 

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : In Chandigarh University, there are approx 8 hostels in which 4 are of boys and 4 are of girls. CU also has different hostels for international students and the fee for the hostel is Rs. 86000 per year. the hostel fee is very much feasible as hostel facilities include a lot of things just like food for three meals a day with a snack, secondly, wifi facility 24*7, dispensary 24*7, wardens help and guidance which is incomparable. There are many PGs and flats are outside the campus which do not cost much. The PG cost will be almost 3 to 4 K per month but the question comes on the safety so it is better to go for hostels. The food is very feasible and good just like home and doesn't cost any extra charge but the foods we get on the University campus, they charge us but that is also reasonable.  The quality of the classroom is much superior, there are high tech labs, 24*7 library open facility, there is a mess which works more than dining hall and in all terms, the infrastructure of CU is best. 

Clubs & Associations : There are too many clubs and associations on the campus. I am indulging in a Happiness club whose motive is to provide a smile to the needy ones. On a regular basis there use to be some events which works as the stress booster which may involve sports, cultural even there use to have iter hostel, inter demartment competition, we use to have DJ nights, every festival celebration. My college life is awesome.
