For Admission to the B-Tech courses at the University College of Engineering, [UCEK], the candidate is required to have qualified the eligibility criteria for the same. The candidate is also required to sit for Entrance exams if the college requires the same for admission to any of it’s courses. The candidates are required to have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala, or Examinations recognized as equivalent thereto. A minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics separately, and 50 % marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry  are required for the candidate to be eligible for admission. Candidates who have appeared for the Higher Secondary or equivalent examination will be permitted to take the Entrance Examinations provisionally. For admission to the University College of Engineering, [UCEK], B-Tech courses the candidate is required to fulfill the eligibility criteria including minimum marks and also have to sit for the entrance exam recognized by the college.The candidates who qualify the exams will be eligible for admission.The other details for admissions to B-Tech courses are:

• Admission to Merit and Management seats will be through allotment by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE).
• NRI seats will be filled up by the University inviting applications. The applicants do not necessarily have to be in the CEE's Rank List.
