Placement Cell
A Placement Cell has been established to start placement services and organization of summer training. Our graduates can be found working in reputed companies both in the public as well as in private sectors like Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL), Hindustan Lever Limited (HLL), Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys, HCL, Oswal Chemicals, Scooter India Ltd, Lohia Starlinger, Samsung Electronics, Super House, Goodlass Nerolac Paints, Koshika Telecom Ltd, NTPC, Hughes Software Systems, IBM etc.
A substantial number of our students have been securing very high percentiles every year in the GATE Examination and have joined several prestigious institutions like different IITs, IISc Bangalore, NITIE Mumbai and ISM Dhanbad for higher studies. Some of our students are also pursuing their higher education at the Universities in the USA and UK. Every year, we also find a few students taking up teaching jobs in various colleges and there are some who diversify and join various management programs. UIET can boast of a few brilliant students who have presented papers in international conferences held in prestigious institutes like MIT, USA. Students of such caliber will help UIET to grow into an institute of international repute.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility criteria for MCA graduate with maths, BCA, B.Sc.IT I had qualified UPTU entrance exam for MCA course
Fees & Scholarships : Maximum student get scholarship who got 60% above marks
Academics & Faculty : Class timing 10 to 5 pm, 4exams including end sem, unit wise assignments Very good teachers are there who taught well Overall experience is good
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : 4 hostels are allocated according to the courses, hostels are good compared to others 3.5 thousand fees/month Food is better than others 100rs /meal Infrastructure is great
Clubs & Associations : Techno fest,sports and cultural fest are main fest including fresher's part

Placements & Internships : No companies have visited University Institute of Engineering and Technology for hiring students from Mechanical stream. Alumni is very supportive for future guidance
Entrance Exams & Admissions : I took UPSEE to get admission in University Institute of Engineering and Technology. Cut off for Mechanical Engineering was rank ranging between 40,000 to 10,000
Fees & Scholarships : Fees of University Institute of Engineering and Technology is Rs.53543 per year. Only option available for scholarship is UP State Scolarship but that too depends upon family background. It is very difficult to avail loan.
Academics & Faculty : Classes in University Institute of Engineering and Technology are for 4 hours duration. Method and quality of teaching is average.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : In University Institute of Engineering and Technology, only boys hostel is there. Only snacks are available in the canteen. Quality of classrooms and labs is very bad.
Clubs & Associations : There are no clubs in University Institute of Engineering and Technology till now. University only celebrates Annual Day .

Placements & Internships : I haven't done any internship program. Placement is poor in our college. Average package is around Rs 3 lakhs per year.
Academics & Faculty : Classes are going on time as per the time schedule given. Quality of teaching is good but not the best, and for the college I only want to say that it is made perfectly for both the students wanting to study.
Fees & Scholarships : Its around Rs 53000 per annum. Govt. Scholarship options are available. 75 % students get scholarships. I haven't taken any loan.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Separate hostels are there for boys and girls and for different departments. I have no information about PGs. Its of not much of good quality and costs around Rs 18000 per year. Poor quality labs are there.
