Campus :-
Vidyavardhini’s College of Engineering and Technology, Vasai is located on the sprawling campus of Vidyavardhini, spread over an area of 12.27 acres. It is a short, two minutes walk from Vasai Road (W) Railway Station. The college is also accessible by road.
Library
The college central library was established in 1994, simultaneously with the inception of the college.The total collection of library books is 19098 ( with 8143 titles ) in a short span of 15 years. 54 national and international journals/magazines are currently available in the library. Half-a-dozen daily newspapers are on display stands. New arrival of books and magazines/journals are immediately displayed on the display racks. The library has 4 computer terminals. The library collection of CD’s is more than 500.
The Central Library has started a separate Digital Library section for students and staff members. College is subscribing a package of INDEST- AICTE consortium by spending more than Rs. 4 lakhs, to avail this facility to students and staff.
In this package user can access e-resources published by IEL and ASME online. It covers 120 journals, more than 95000 documents, 25000 new pages, magazines, conference proceeding and PDF images and ASME covers 19 journals published by ASME.
Internet Center
The Internet Center is located on the 2rd floor of the institute building. The Internet Center is well equipped with 50 Desktops with licensed windows Operating system, 2 LaserJet printers and 1 scanner. The Internet Center is primarily used for providing Internet facilities for all students of VCET.The Internet facility available on weekdays from 9.00 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The VCET has procured 4Mbps broadband connection to provide Internet facility to their students and staff.
