Dwarkadas J Sanghvi College of Engineering, [DJ Sanghvi] was established in 1994. The College belongs to Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal, a Public Charitable Trust, which has over 90 years of history in educational endeavours. The Institute is approved by AICTE, National Institute Ranking Framework [NIRF] and affiliated to the University of Mumbai. The College has received 'A' grade from the Directorate of Technical Education [DTE] Board of Government of Maharastra. The  DJ Sanghvi Admissions offers BE, ME and PhD programs with a number of specializations. 

A counselling centre for higher studies has been established at the College to guide students who wish to pursue higher studies after graduation. The college has an innovative centre that provides opportunities for students to showcase their technical skills.
