Library
- The Cardinal Gracias Media Resource Centre, also called the Media Resource Centre, was established in 1971. It began with an admirable collection of 600 book titles specialising in the media. It grew to become the city's best media library, with resources extending into audiovisuals and documentations, warranting a change of name.
- The XIC Mumbai library has a collection of over 6000 book titles, 1000 audiovisual titles and a documentation centre considered as the city's best Media Resource Centre.
- The college is situated on the ground floor of the Xavier Institute of Communications building.
Sound Studio
- The sound studio is situated on the first floor of this historical building.
- The college has various facilities, including antique wooden doors, classic décor, with a well-furnished, hygienic, quiet and spacious air-conditioned studio.
Video Editing Studio
- The video-editing studio is spread over 200 sq feet used for video recording and editing. With so many camcorders on the market and nearly every digital camera capable of recording movies, video editing is becoming necessary, even for old video cassettes we may have to lie around.
- Final Cut Pro - Version 7 is the editing system available. It can allow you to edit scenes and footage to create professional-looking films that would have been difficult to create just a few years ago.
