Fees & Scholarships : Zakir Husain Delhi College, Delhi Fee Structure. The fee for my course is around 13000/- INR. Students get scholarships on the basis of various schemes launched by the ministry of social welfare and justice along with many NGO's & other society.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Admission eligibility for different courses depends upon the cut-off for any particular course. Best 4 are considered including a language, the main subject along with two others required for the same discipline. I got admission on the basis of merit scores in Higher Secondary. Cut off has increased significantly from 79 to 91 in the five years. The variety of society in the college ensures that no student is left behind in the best of his/her interests. It has NSS, NCC, dramatics and an infinite number of societies. The teachers are there for you even in your crucial times if you have not given some serious issue to ponder over before any assistance. The new building being constructed will definitely bring some more energy to the college life. Rest a student will explore. Good luck.

Placements & Internships : No, I did not get any internship or placement. However, interviews for these are conducted on a regular basis to select deserving and eligible students.

Academics & Faculty : Class timings are 08:40 AM to around 05:00 in the evening. Assignments and tests are conducted on a regular basis to check the progress and learning of the students. My experience in college was quite satisfying.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : I don't think that hostels are available for students as of now. However, it may be availed in the newly constructed building. A number of PG are available in Vishwavidyalaya Area. Food in college is something we never missed on because of a large variety in eatables. A person gets a tummy full in a range of less than 50/- INR. The ambiance of the library is nice. Well equipped IT Lab and practical labs for science are available for students. Class room infrastructure which really required update is now being done.

Clubs & Associations : Do what you want, take the name Music, Art, Dance, Drama, Photography, Debate, NCC, NSS, Quiz and many more. Life in the college treats you the same way you treat the college and its administration.
