ACLAT Eligibility Criteria 2023: Age Limit and Qualifications

ACLAT is Alliance Common Law Entrance Exam conduted by Alliance University, Bangalore. This exam is conducted for admission of students to LLB and LLM courses. The students who have completed LLB from a recognized university are eligible to apply for ACLAT 2023 if they meet the eligibility Criteria. ACLAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants need to fulfill the ACLAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria before proceeding to fill the ACLAT 2023 Application Form. If at any point in time, it is found that the candidate has violated any eligibility criteria, then his/her candidature will be cancelled by the concerned authority.

B.A. LL.B (Bachelor of arts of Law) ACLAT 2023
Eligibility Criteria: 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (40% marks for SC/ST Aspirants).

Age Limit: Aspirants must be minimum 20 years of age. Reserved Category has a relaxation of 2 years.
B.B.A. LL.B (Bachelor of Business Administration of Law) ACLAT 2023
Eligibility Criteria: 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (40% marks for SC/ST Aspirants).

Age Limit: Aspirants must be minimum 20 years of age. Reserved Category has a relaxation of 2 years.
LL.M (Master of Law) ACLAT 2023
Eligibility Criteria: LL. B./B. L. or any other graduate degree in Law recognized by Bar Council of India with a minimum of minimum 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category)
Ph. D. in Law ACLAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria: Master’s Degree in LL. M. (Any Branch) with a minimum of 55% (50% for SC/ST) in aggregate from a recognized university.
