BARC application form 2025 has been closed for the Orientation Course for Engineering Graduates and Science Postgraduates. The BARC Notification 2025 was released in Dec 2024 at the official website barc.gov.in. The application process for the same commenced on Jan 2, 2025. While, the last date to apply was registered to be Jan 26, 2025. Later on, the applicants were able to make corrections to their application forms from Feb 7-14, 2025.

To submit an application form, an individual must supply the needed information, upload documents, and pay a BARC application fee. BARC Online Registration Steps

Candidates can refer to the following steps to register for the BARC 2025 examination.

Step 1: BARC Registration 2025

• Candidates can register by clicking the "Apply Online" link and providing their name, mother's name, birthdate, email address, mobile number, and preferred login ID. Enter all the details carefully because they cannot be changed later if they are entered or changed at this time.
• Use the OTPs that were provided to their registered email address and registered mobile numbers to activate your account.
• After the account has been activated, candidates can use the 'Candidate's Login' link to log in and complete the application.

• Step 1: Visit the Bhabha Atomic Research Center's (BARC) official website, which is located at barc.gov.in.
• Step 2: Look for the option that says 'BARC OCES 2025 - Apply Online' and tap on it to be brought to the next page.
• Step 3: Enter your basic and educational qualifications, and then upload papers with images and signatures.

Step 3: Pay INR 500  (plus bank fees) application fee now online by net banking, a debit card, or a credit card. The application fee must be understood to be non-refundable.

BARC OCES 2025 Application Fee

To apply online for the BARC OCES 2025, individuals must pay an application fee of INR 500 if they belong to the General or Other Backward Class. Female applicants and those belonging to the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Physically Handicapped categories are free from this cost.

BARC GATE Score-Based Application 

Following the result announcement, candidates who desired to apply for the BARC DGFS/OCES 2025 based on their GATE score filled out GATE information. Candidates can submit their applications before the deadline in Mar 2025.

Aspirants are only permitted to enter their GATE 2025 result information up to the deadline. GATE 2025 scores will be uploaded at the time of application for those who intend to apply based on the exam.

BARC Application Process 

The steps of filling out the BARC application form 2025 are described in more detail below. Candidates can register for it by referring to the BARC application process below.

• Primary Process: Candidates for the primary stage should select an applied discipline (also known as an examination discipline) and a qualifying degree. Add more information, such as your name, mother's name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, etc. Upon entering the information, the specific Login ID and Password. The following application stages will make use of these credentials.
• Activation: Candidates will receive an OTP to their registered email address and mobile number after completing the first stages. Additionally, candidates can use the BARC portal's "Activate using OTP" option to activate their application.
• Personal Data: Candidates can log in using their registered User ID and Password using the "Candidate Login" page. They should enter information such as Category, Address, etc. and upload a scanned copy of their photo and signature.
• Academic Data: Candidates must provide their academic information, including facts on their class in grades 10 and 12 and any necessary degree information (if applicable).
• Information on screening: Candidates should now choose between the GATE score and the online exam as their screening method. Candidates who select the GATE 2025 score must provide their GATE information at this time. The GATE score must be submitted before the deadline for the GATE 2025 score option.
• Payment: The SBI Payment Gateway is required to pay the application cost. If more than one payment is made, there will be no return.
• Final Submission: Candidates should submit the application form after completing all of the above steps. They must carefully review all the information on the application form. No changes will be accepted after the submission is complete. A Registration Number will be generated following the last submission.
• After carefully reviewing the information on the application form, submit it to BARC. After the final submission, no alterations are permitted. There is no requirement to mail or email any paperwork or a BARC application form. Online applications are accepted for all positions. The application form must only be filled out once, and papers must be uploaded.
