Steps to Register for NCHMCT JEE 2025 Counselling
All eligible candidates must register online to be considered for NCHMCT JEE 2025 seat allotment. The steps to register for the NCHMCT JEE counselling 2025 are given below.
- Step 1: Candidate must visit the website of NCHMCT JEE 2025 Counselling, and find the relevant link, ‘Online Registration and Choice Filling.’
- Step 2: Register as a new candidate by clicking “New Candidate Register Here.”
- Step 3: Read all the instructions on the screen carefully and then click the ‘Register button.'
- Step 4: Candidates must enter the details such as Roll Number, Application No., Name, and Date of Birth, as given in NCHMCT Results, to register.
- Step 5: Applicants are permitted to proceed with the registration process only if the data entered by him/ her matches NCHMCT JEE 2025 data.
- Step 6: NCHMCT JEE Candidates are required to choose a password and security question, and the answer to that particular question
- Step 7: The password created for NCHMCT JEE registration by the candidate must be of a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 13 characters.
- Step 8: Passwords are case sensitive, which means ‘A’ and ‘a’ are treated as different characters.
- Step 9: Candidates can log in directly with their respective NCHMCT JEE 2025 Roll Number as their Login ID and the password for subsequent logins.
- Step 10: Candidates are advised not to share their passwords with anyone else. Neither NCHMCT nor NIC is responsible for the violation or misuse of the password of a candidate.
- Step 11: Every applicant must provide the required additional information as indicated in NCHMCT JEE 2025 Registration Form at the time of registration in case a candidate forgets his or her password, the security question and answer provided by the candidate at the time of online registration are to be used to issue a new password.
- Step 12: If required, an applicant can change his/ her password after login.
During NCHMCT JEE counselling 2025, candidates must verify the personal data that appears on the screen after login. A candidate is allowed only one attempt to correct the data in respect to category, PWD, KM, and Gender in the following ways:
- Category from (SC/ ST/ OBC-NCL) to General allowed, but vice versa is not allowed
- PWD can be changed from Yes to No, but vice versa is not allowed
- KM can be changed from Yes to No, but vice versa is not allowed
- Change of gender is permitted
- Changes in the field of Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, and Date of birth are not permitted under any circumstances
- If the personal data submitted by a candidate is found wrong at the time of verification of certificates, the allotment of a seat or provisional admission of such a candidate is liable to be cancelled
- Once changes are submitted, candidates will not be allowed to edit the form.
Documents Required for NCHMCT 2025 Counselling
Candidates are required to carry an evidence of 10+2 completion to the NCHMCT JEE counselling 2025 session. The following documents are acceptable.
- Plus two level examinations in the 10+2 pattern of Senior Secondary education of any recognized Central/State Board, such as Central Board of Secondary Education and Council for Indian School Certificate Examination or State Boards of Secondary Education.
- Intermediate or two-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognized Board/ University.
- General Certificate Education (GCE) Examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.
- High School Certificate Examination of Cambridge University.
- Any Public School/Board/University Examination in India or a foreign country recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to the 10+2 pattern of Senior Secondary education.
- HSC Vocational Examination approved by NCVT and SCVT of concerned states.
- Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects, including English.

NCHMCT JEE 2025 Online Choice Filling
During Online Choice filling of NCHMCT JEE counselling 2025, registered candidates are required to select the choice of institutes in order of their preference. The choice of institutes will be displayed on the computer screen according to NCHMCT JEE 2025 eligibility of a candidate.
Candidates can fill their choices in the order of preference from the list of available institutes. Candidates can even re-order or change their filled choices, delete the earlier choices, and add a new choice any number of times until they lock their final choices.
NCHMCT JEE Locking of Choices
The locking of choices included steps like entering the password and confirming the locking. Candidates are advised to take the printout of the page of choices they fill as they would be required to show the signed copy at the time of reporting to the NCHMCT JEE 2025 Reporting Center.
NCHMCT JEE 2025 Exam Withdrawal of Seat and Refund Seeking
A candidate can withdraw admission and seek a refund even after being selected and paying the fee. This is only applied till the end of the first and the second round of the NCHMCT JEE counselling 2025. Please note that the counselling fee is not refunded under any circumstances.
A 100% refund of the fee is done only when the refund application is submitted as per the schedule.
A 50% refund is done when the candidate has taken the admission, missed the counselling schedule deadline, and has not attended classes (conditional).
