RULET Syllabus 2025 Overview: Key Topics and Structure

RULET Syllabus 2025 has five important sections including English, Legal Reasoning, Current affairs and General Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning. Every section consists of various topics that will measure the eligibility of candidates. Topics like basic arithmetic, contemporary laws, analytical reasoning etc are included. 

The Rajasthan University Law Entrance Test application 2025 will likely start in May 2025 on rulet.univraj.org. Candidates are advised to check the official notification before applying for the exam. The notification will include the details of eligibility, age limit if any, and other instructions related to the application form.

RULET 2025 is a 2-hour offline examination. There will be 150 MCQs in the question paper. Each question carries 2 marks, and the total maximum marks will be 300. There will be no negative marking. This will enable the selection of eligible candidates for admission into the BA LLB course offered by Rajasthan University.

RULET Syllabus 2025: Important Topics

According to the official exam pattern, the total marks division is already given in the above table. However, some important topics should be covered with care. Here are important topics from every section. 

  • English: Here, candidates must study synonyms, antonyms, phrasal verbs, idioms, tenses, etc with more attention. Candidates will get to know more new words with this. 
  • Current Affairs and General Knowledge: All kinds of important national and international current events art must-have for the exam. Any kind of sports, political event, administrative changes, social statistics, etc is important in the current events. 
  • Legal Reasoning: Keep checking the Indian Constitution and its minute details. Also, as a would-be Law student, fundamental law knowledge should be acquired. 
  • Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning: 10th standard aptitude including basic algebra and arithmetic topics is very important for the RULET 2025. For Logical Reasoning, series, coding, decoding, pattern, etc hold a higher weightage usually. 

RULET Syllabus: Points To Remember 

Candidates must remember a few factors about RULET Syllabus 2025. First, make a strategy to start the preparation based on RULET Syllabus 2025. A strategy-based preparation will pay off well. Build a sense of time management during practice. 

  • Make sure to keep practising more, especially quantitative aptitude should be practised well to gain speed during the exam. As the total duration is 2 hours(120 minutes), aptitudes must be completed very fast with rest sections. 
  • Expert authors have already written exclusive books and suggestion question papers based on the RULET Syllabus 2025. Start practising these books for a better understanding of question patterns. 
  • Refer to previous years’ question papers. Practising them will help to get the real-time exam experience. Also, online mock tests are a good source to understand the question pattern and practise accordingly. 
  • For the English language, keep at least half an hour every day. Within this time, one should start learning new words, their synonyms, antonyms, etc. Also, make a good reading habit to build grammatical sense from several English papers, books, etc. Various online website offers free grammar quizzes for several exams. Candidates can take those quizzes too for better practice. 
  • Make a list of current events and memorise those. It is a good habit to keep tracking all national and international events. Newspapers, the internet, etc can be your good source of current events. Keep reading the newspaper every day, at least for 15 minutes. 

Keep taking note of every important source for all four sections. As you have to keep everything with you for the exam preparation, it will be a good habit to keep taking notes from newspapers, the internet, previous years’ questions, books, mock test series, etc. 

To practice reasoning, start solving all kinds of crosswords, puzzles, etc. It helps to increase the analytical power. Focus on the mistakes. Happened during practices.
