Common Mistakes to Avoid While Filling WB ANM & GNM Form

Paying attention to all details is essential when applicants submit their WB ANM & GNM form. To ensure a smooth application process, avoid the following common mistakes:

  • Providing Incorrect Personal Details: Make sure all your personal information including your name and date of birth matches precisely with your official records. A mismatch in information will result in your disqualification from the process.
  • Not Meeting Eligibility Requirements: Review eligibility requirements thoroughly before beginning your form submission because you need to meet criteria that include residency requirements and educational qualifications. The application will automatically reject your submission if you apply while not reaching the required criteria.
  • Uploading Incorrect or Blurry Documents: During registration, users need to upload scanned versions of their signatures along with their documents and pictures. Follow the instructions for document format size and resolution to prevent technical difficulties when applying.
  • Providing an Invalid or Inactive Email ID and Mobile Number: All application communications happen through both email and SMS during the process. The use of incorrect or dormant email or phone numbers prevents important updates and notifications from reaching you.
  • Mistakes in Educational Details: The students must provide exam scores and qualification information on the system exactly as they appear on actual certificates. The application may get rejected when there is an inconsistency between the submitted information and the original documentation.
  • Skipping the Payment Step: A candidate needs to pay the required fee before finishing their application. Successful payment verification must be completed before saving the transaction receipt for later use.
  • Not Reviewing the Application Before Submission: All candidate details need a final review before application completion and submission. After submission, the database stops accepting changes to your application.
  • Delaying the Submission Until the Last Date: Those who submit their forms late are at risk of encountering website downtimes and payment system breakdowns. Candidates should submit their applications prior to the due date.
