Placements and Internships
- My internship is with Mahindra GMC .
- Placement reports are released every year and can be accessed online.
- Alumni network is very good.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- Ther are more than 20 hostels with single rooms. Climate is also good.
- PG accomodation is not allowed.
- Mess food is decent. In 2nd year, you have an option to opt out from mess food. Other food options are available on campus and dominos has a nearby outlet although campus is far from city.
- College infrastructure is probably one of the best across IIMs. Classrooms, lab and all other facilities are fairly good. The only drawback is that campus is not wi-fi and only few classrooms have wi-fi facilities.
Academics and Faculty
- Daily routine is hectic for 1st and 2 terms but gets lighter as you progress. After 1st year, you get ample time to participate in competitions.
- Metod of teaching is case based only. Faculty is very good for some subjects and average for others.
- Overall academics experience has been good.
Fees and Scholarships
- Course Fee is around Rs 13.6 Lakhs for complete 2 years including everything from hostel to mess.
- Scholarships are available for low income families. Some assistance is available for exchange programme as well based upon your institute ranks. There are some scholarships from industry such as AdityaBirla, Yes Aspire which requires you to be in top 20 rank at the time of admission.
- Average no. of students that get scholarship would be around 50.
- There are various banks which provide loans with SBI branch on campus. There is no dearth of loan facilities.
Clubs and Associations
- This is the best part of being in an IIM. There are a lot of clubs of almost every kind of intrest. Clubs range fro cultural, sports, photography to management. Even if you want to start something new, there are ample opportunities.
- We have a combined management and cultural festival called IRIS. Apart from that we have Sports fest and other events going round the year. Best part is we have a theatre cum audi within campus where new movies are screened every thursday.
- College life is great in general.

Academics & Faculty : Daily routine is very hectic with classes starting from 9:15 am and ending around 4:30 PM everyday. Generally that is followed by some guest lectures or other. Weekends are also busy. Quality of teaching is great. Overall experience is very good in the college

Academics & Faculty : The daily routine includes classes starting at 08:45 hrs with each class of 75 mins duration followed by a 15 min tea break. The method of teaching is mostly case based with discussion being an integral part of the classroom learning. We are taught by some of the best faculty in the country who push us to the limits and facilitate learning by allowing us to come up with solutions rather than giving out textbook answers. The overall experience has been excellent and it is an honour to be a part of the PGP program at IIM Indore.
